23. Refund | Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

At Lean Body 360, LLC, we are deeply committed to providing the education, tools, and guidance promised in our programs to help you achieve your goals. However, your results depend on your effort, consistency, and willingness to apply what you’ve learned. Since we cannot control your actions or circumstances, we have established a refund policy that ensures fairness and accountability for all participants.

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Results Are Not Guaranteed
While we provide proven strategies and personalized tools to help balance hormones, lose weight, and boost energy, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your dedication, effort, and how you implement the program’s tools.

  • Changing Your Mind
Enrolling in the program is a commitment to yourself and your transformation. Refunds cannot be provided if you decide to withdraw or change your mind after the program has started.

  • Feeling Uncomfortable During the Program
Growth and transformation require stepping out of your comfort zone, which can feel challenging or even uncomfortable at times. Facing blind spots, habits, or thought patterns may not feel easy, but it is essential to making lasting change. Refunds will not be issued because you feel discomfort or resistance during the program.

  • The Program Was Not “Enjoyable”
Our programs are designed for results, not entertainment. While parts of the process may be rewarding, other moments may feel challenging or difficult. The goal is transformation, not enjoyment, so refunds cannot be granted if you didn’t find the program “fun” or enjoyable.

  • Unmet Expectations
Expectations are subjective, and while we strive to deliver exceptional value, we cannot guarantee the program will align perfectly with what you envisioned. Refunds will not be issued if the program did not meet your personal expectations.

  • Lack of Results
Our role is to provide you with expert coaching, actionable tools, and a supportive framework. However, the responsibility for applying these tools, staying consistent, and following the process is yours. Refunds cannot be granted if you feel the program didn’t produce the changes you wanted, as your results are outside of our control.

By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We are here to guide, support, and empower you, but your success ultimately depends on your commitment, effort, and accountability.

If you initiate cancellation of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

The Company and/or its suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, software products, services and related graphics, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the website, with the delay or inability to use the website or related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if the Company or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only through binding arbitration to occur in Suwanee, Georgia. You further agree to and do hereby waive any right to class arbitration and agree, instead, to conduct an arbitration related solely to any individual claims you and/or any entity related to you asserts against the Company. To the fullest extent permissible by law, you further agree that you shall be responsible for all costs associated with initiating the arbitration and for the administration of the arbitration.

27. Termination & Access Restriction

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and you hereby consent to resolve any and all disputes arising under or related to this Website or the Terms of Use pursuant to the Arbitration Clause above. Use of the Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
